Robert began his musical career...

...in 1992 as a DJ in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.  He and his partner at the time formed Rickidy Raw Productions and soon after were approached by Chris Stokes (Immature/IMX/Quindon) who asked them to produce 4 songs for his group Immature. One of the songs produced ended up being the title track to Immatures CD, “We Got It” went on to create big hype for the young production company.  After a series of remixes and productions they joined teams with Barry Taylor and Marcie Webber of MCT Management, NYC.  Through MCT Robert met a small unknown group by the name of All Saints, they did a collaboration and the group got signed to London Records and the song (“Never Ever”) went on to hit the number 1 position on the charts in more than 11 countries and won numerous awards.

In 2000 Robert started R&R Entertainment, and soon after he received a call from Jive Records to do production for Britney Spears which went on to sell over 10,000,000 copies (Diamond) in the US.

In late 2002 Robert held auditions and put together 3 girls from the DC area and started the group No Illusion.  The group went on to do many shows including performing on the SMA Retirement tour for the USO traveling to Iraq, Kuwait and Afghanistan to perform for the troops. The group opened for many major talents including Ludacris, Jessica Simpson and Ameri.  However in 2004 the group was disbanded due to the unplanned pregnancy of one of the group members.

In 2005 Robert took a sabbatical leave from the business after the loss of his long time friend and partner Kent Wood.  The loss affected him a lot, but in 2007 he dusted off the studio and got back in the swing of things and now the race is on to find the next up and coming new artist to propel into the lime light...
